Utilizing the Bills N Jobs application is completely free, regardless of how many businesses you operate.

All transactions are subject to a 1% administrative fee, calculated based on the invoiced amount collected through the application, and capped at a maximum of $50.00 per transaction.

Vendors will have the option to:

• Take full responsibility for the administrative fee
• Add and pass the administrative fee on to the client’s invoice
• Split the administrative fee 50/50 between the vendor and the client

The administrative fee will be deducted from the vendor’s account via ACH transaction after the billed amount has been collected.
